I am a non-attorney educational advocate. Evaluations drive all
special education services. As a Bilingual Licensed Specialist in
School Psychology (LSSP), I am able to interpret, other disciplines’
evaluations, and review testing protocols. This adds a very important
dimension to the provision of my advocacy services! I am also a
Certified Individual & Family Counselor. My experience as a Certified
Advanced Mediator increases the possibilities of resolving disagreements
and disputes resulting in win-win situations. I am the Grandparents
Support Group, Inc, http://www.grandparentssupport.org, Educational
Advocacy Director.

I love to spend as much time as possible with family and friends; I
enjoy facilitating positive interaction between individuals from
different walks of life; very often, I find myself doing presentations
to parents, caretakers, and/or individuals with disabilities on
subjects from advocating for their rights to fully participating in
initiatives to improve their everyday living; I love to read; when
working, I often have music playing in the background; I am always
hungry for acquiring new knowledge.
